Carlos Eduardo Vergueiro

Carlos Eduardo Vergueiro is the partner in charge of the Corporate Law and Contracts practices, with accumulated experience in shareholders’ conflicts, M&A, business organizations and shareholders’ agreements. He has also been practicing with contracts and implementation of tax planning.

Carlos was the winner of the IIEssay Competition held by the Brazilian Securities Commission / Bovespa in 2001, with his paper “Integration of National Exchanges and the Increase of Competitiveness”. He is the author of the book “Acordos de Acionistas e a Governança das Companhias” [Shareholders’ Agreements and Corporate Governance], published by Editora Quartier Latin do Brasil.
