João Fuscella has been in tax law practice (consultancy and litigation) for approximately 5 years, advising clients in matters referring to both ‘direct’ and ‘indirect’ taxes, issuing legal opinion, filling Special Tax Regime Requirements and obtaining Tax Clearance Certificates for clients from different segments, national and multinational.
